摘要
目的:厘清智慧医疗的概念范畴,梳理我国近10年来智慧医疗研究的发展脉络,分析研究前沿及热点。方法:以“智慧医疗”为主题词检索2012年—2021年中国知网、万方、维普中文数据库的相关文献,运用VOSviewer软件对纳入的2802篇智慧医疗文献的发文量、发表期刊、核心作者以及关键词情况进行可视化分析。结果:近10年来,国内智慧医疗研究文献数量持续攀升。文献多属于医疗卫生与工程技术交叉学科,研究内容从技术导向逐渐向临床应用转移,研究范畴沿信息流纵向延伸并伴随向基层、边远地区横向拓宽。聚类分析显示当下5大研究前沿领域为:互联网助力诊疗流程优化,云计算与大数据辅助信息化平台建设,人工智能实现临床技术更新,各地区城市智慧模式探索,物联网与无线网下的社区健康服务。结论:智慧医疗未来将持续高水平发展,研究热点逐渐向诊疗服务优化迁移,呈现整体化、区域化、精细化趋势。
Objective To clarify the concept and category of smart medical care,sort out its domestic development in the past ten years,and analyze the research frontiers and hotspots.Methods Using"smart medical care"as the subject term,literature in CNKI,Wanfang,and China Science and Technology Journal Database were searched from 2012 to 2021.The number of publications,published journals,core authors and keywords of 2,802 smart medical care literatures included were visually analyzed by using VOS viewer software.Results In the past 10 years,the number of domestic research literatures on smart medical care has been rising.Most of the literatures belong to the cross-disciplines of medical and health and engineering technology,and the research content has gradually shifted from technology-oriented to clinical application,and the research scope extended vertically along the information flow and expands horizontally to the grass-roots level and remote areas.Cluster analysis shows that the five major research frontiers are internetassisted diagnosis and treatment process optimization,cloud computing and big data assisted information platform construction,AI enabling clinical technology update,urban smart model exploration in various regions,and community health services under the environment of Internet of Things and wireless networks.Conclusion Smart medical care will continue to develop at a high level in the future,and the research hotspots will gradually be migrate to the optimization of diagnosis and treatment services,showing the trend of integration,regionalization and refinement.
