摘要
在“互联网+”时代的背景下,我国电子商务得到突飞猛进的发展,农村地区深受电商影响,其信息化和现代化水平均有所提升。基于此,为研究互联网背景下电子商务对农村信息化的影响,文章通过分析电子商务和农村信息化的发展状况,利用我国电子商务销售额和农村信息化指标绘制散点图,从而得出如下结论即:农村电子商务具有不断突破电商发展的瓶颈,打造农业电商品牌的优势;现阶段我国电商发展缺乏政策扶持,专业人才匮乏,农村电商市场发展不规范,基础设施有待完善;我国农村信息化缺乏完善合理的规划,用户缺乏信息认知,信息传输存在滞后性,资金投入不足;电子商务的发展能提升互联网普及率,带动生产经营信息化;促进农村经济,推动基础设施建设,从而正向影响农村信息化的发展。据此,本文提出发展电子商务新业态,优化农村信息化生产结构;加强信息化基础设施建设,引入科技型优秀人才;促进信息化服务转型,推动信息化环境建设等政策建议。
In the background of"Internet+"era,electronic business has been leaped and bounded by the development in our country,the rural area is affected deeply by electronic business,its informatization and modernization level have been improved.Based on this,to study the influence of e-business on rural informatization under the background of Internet,this paper analyzes the development of e-business and rural informatization,using the sales of e-business and rural informatization index to draw the scatter plot,which draws the following conclusions i.e.,rural e-business possess the advantage of breaking through the bottleneck of the development of e-business and building agricultural e-business brand;At present,the development of e-business for lack of policy support,for the lack of professionals,the development of rural e-business market is not standard,the infrastructure needs to be improved;For the lack of perfect and reasonable planning of rural informatization,for the lack of information cognition of users,information transmission lag,insufficient investment;The development of e-business can improve the Internet penetration rate and promote the informatization of production and management;Promote rural economy,promote infrastructure construction,so as to influence positively the development of rural informatization.Based on this,this paper puts forward the development of e-business new forms of business,optimize the rural informatization production structure;Strengthen the construction of information infrastructure and introduce to the scientific and technological talents;Promote the transformation of informatization service,promote the construction of informatization environment and other policy suggestions.
