摘要
NC页岩气田东胜构造带浅表层钻井井漏频次高、漏失特征不清,导致钻井过程中处理耗时长、治漏效果差等问题,严重制约了NC页岩气田高效开发的步伐。鉴于此,在梳理东胜构造带浅表层前期井漏情况、厘清浅表层漏失特征、分析已用治漏工艺效果的基础上,从浅表层工勘、抢钻工艺、治漏工艺、携砂工艺等方面进行了优化,形成了一套以“防、抢、堵、携”为主的新型防漏治漏工艺,并在现场应用中获得了较好的效果。
During drilling in the shallow surface of Dongsheng structural belt of Nanchuan shale gas field,the high frequency and unclear characteristics of lost circulation lead to problems such as long processing time and poor lost circulation control effect,which will restrict the pace of efficient development of NC shale gas field.Therefore,on the basis of sorting out the lost circulation in the early stage of the superficial layer of the Dongsheng structural belt,its characteristics and effect are analyzed.Optimized from the aspects of superficial layer construction survey,rush drilling process,lost circulation control process,sand carrying process,etc.,a set of technology mainly based on"prevention,grabbing,blocking,and carrying"are formed and field application indicates a good effect.
