摘要 固井施工监测预警对于保障施工作业安全及提高固井质量十分重要,为了解决目前固井监测手段匮乏、监测过程不完整、缺乏分析预警功能等问题,研制了一套固井施工全过程监测预警系统,系统运用低功耗单片微型处理器采集传感器数据,通过LoRa无线模块将数据远程传输至上位机,可对固井施工全过程的水泥浆密度、井口注入压力和注入流量进行实时监测,并对固井施工过程中的憋堵、井漏、溢流等井下风险进行预警。现场测试表明,该系统可对固井注浆、压塞、替浆全过程的施工参数进行监测,并实时计算固井全过程中的井内实际流量、真空段长度、井底和薄弱点当量循环密度、关注点流态等参数,针对憋堵、井漏、溢流等井下风险预警,具有数据采集准确、信号传输稳定、分析预警可靠、现场使用方便等特点,为实时保障固井作业安全与提高固井质量提供了技术手段。 During the cementing construction,monitoring and early warning is of great importance to ensure the safety and improving the cementing quality.In order to solve the current problems of insufficient cementing monitoring methods,incomplete monitoring processes,and lack of analytical warning function,a set of monitoring and early warning system for the whole process of cementing construction has been developed.With a low-power single-chip microprocessor,the sensor data can be collected;through the LoRa wireless module,the data can be remotely transmitted to the upper computer,which can monitor the cement slurry density,wellhead injection pressure,and injection flow rate.At the same time,the early warning for downhole risks such as blockage,leakage,and overflow during the cementing construction can be provided.The on-site testing indicated that the system can monitor the construction parameters of the whole process of cementing grouting,plugging,and slurry replacement,and calculate the actual flow rate,the length of the vacuum section,the equivalent circulation density at the bottom of the well and weak points,and the flow state at the point of concern during the entire cementing process.It has the characteristics of accurate data collection,stable signal transmission,reliable analysis and early warning,and convenient on-site use for underground risk warning such as blockage,leakage,and overflow,which provides a technical means for ensuring the safety and improving the quality in real time.
