摘要
采用气相色谱法(顶空进样方法)分析聚丙烯颗粒中的挥发性有机物(VOCs)。分析过程中观察了平衡温度及时间对实验的影响,方法的校正曲线线性相关系数为0.999 9,方法的重现性为2.7%,方法的回收率为91.8%,显示了方法具有较好的重复性和较好的准确度,方法适合聚丙烯颗粒的挥发性有机物(VOCs)检测。
Gas chromatography(headspace sampling)was used to analyze volatile organic compounds(VOCS)in polypropylene particles.During the analysis,the influence of equilibrium temperature and time on the experiment was observed.The linear correlation coefficient of the correction curve of the method was 0.9999,the reproducibility of the method was 2.7%,and the recovery of the method was 91.8%.This showed that the method had better repeatability and accuracy.The method is suitable for VOCs detection in polypropylene particles.
