摘要
食品安全是事关民生的政治任务,对于保证人们的身心健康至关重要。科学、准确、便捷、高效的检验举措一直是食品检验人员追求的目标,将信息化管理系统引入食品检验,可以实现食品检验的全过程管理、全过程溯源,提高了检验能力和检验效率。然而在食品检验过程中,影响检验质量的因素众多,本文分析了检验检测实验室信息管理系统(Laboratory Information Management System,LIMS)在食品检验质量控制方面影响的关键因素,如检验过程合规性、实验室资源的可用性和有效性、检验人员的水平和素质等内容。LIMS的应用能够在较大程度上规范业务流程、保证实验室资源有效,为输出可靠的检验结果提供质量保证。
Food safety is a political task related to people’s livelihoods and is crucial for ensuring their physical and mental health.Scientific,accurate,convenient,and efficient inspection measures have always been the goal pursued by food inspection personnel.Introducing information management systems into food inspection can achieve full process management and traceability of food inspection,improve inspection ability and efficiency.However,in the process of food inspection,there are many factors that affect the quality of inspection.This article analyzes the key factors that affect the quality control of food inspection in the laboratory information management system(LIMS),such as the compliance of the inspection process,the availability and effectiveness of laboratory resources,and the level and quality of inspection personnel.The application of LIMS can greatly standardize business processes,ensure the effectiveness of laboratory resources,and provide quality assurance for outputting reliable inspection results.
