摘要 目的:建立一种用碱超声提取-ICP-MS高效测定水产品中碘含量的方法。方法:样品经5%四甲基氢氧化铵(TMAH)超声提取3 h,通过ICP-MS,以Te为内标,对样品溶液进行测定。结果:在最优的前处理方法和仪器条件下,碘在质量浓度为0~20μg·L^(-1)时线性关系良好,相关系数R=1.0000,平均回收率为90.3%~96.9%,标准物质验证结果均在范围内。结论:该方法准确率高、简单可靠、线性关系好、检出限低,适用于各类水产品中碘含量的测定。 Objective:To establish a method for the determination of iodine in aquatic products by alkaline ultrasonic extraction-ICP-MS.Method:The sample was extracted by 5%tetramethylammonium hydroxide(TMAH)for 3 hours,and the sample solution was determined by ICP-MS with Te as the internal standard.Result:Under the optimal pretreatment method and instrument conditions,the mass concentration of iodine was 0~20μg·L^(-1),the linear relationship is good,the correlation coefficient R=1.0000,the average recovery rate is 90.3%~96.9%,and the validation results of the reference materials are within the range.Conclusion:The method has high accuracy,simple and reliable,good linear relationship and low detection limit,and is suitable for the determination of iodine content in various aquatic products.
