摘要
目的:分析家庭护理实践方案共建对脑卒中患者出院后居家疾病应对评分(面对、回避、屈服)、自我管理能力评分(疾病管理、用药管理、饮食管理、日常生活起居管理、情绪管理、社会功能和人际关系、康复管理)、生活质量评分(工作和经济状况、家务劳动、家庭关系)的影响。方法:选取2020年1月至2022年1月于本院出院的80例脑卒中患者为研究对象,依据患者及家属意愿分为两组各40例。对照组实施常规随访护理,观察组实施家庭护理实践方案共建。分别在护理前、护理3个月后采用医学应对问卷、脑卒中自我管理行为量表、脑卒中患者生活质量量表对两组患者的居家疾病应对评分、自我管理能力评分、生活质量评分进行测定并对以上观察指标进行对比。结果:护理后观察组的居家疾病应对评分、自我管理能力评分、生活质量评分优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:家庭护理实践方案共建可改变脑卒中患者出院后居家疾病应对方式、提升自我管理能力和生活质量,值得使用。
Objective:To analyze the co-const ruction of home nursing pract ice program for stroke patients after discharge home disease coping score(face,avoid,yield),self-management ability score(disease management,medication management,diet management,daily life management,emot ional management,social functioning and interpersonal relationships,rehabilitat ion management),quality of life scores(work and economic status,housework,family relat ionships).Methods:A total of 80 stroke pat ients who were discharged from our hospi tal from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected as the research objects,and divided into two groups with 40 cases in each group according to the wishes of the patients and their families.The cont rol group was given rout ine follow-up care,and the observation group was given home nursing practice program co-const ruction.Before nursing and after 3 months of nursing,the medical coping questionnaire,stroke self management behavior scale,and stroke patient quality of life scale were used to measure the home disease coping score,self:management ability score,and quality of life score of the two groups of patients.And compare the above observation indicators.Results:After nursing.the scores of home disease coping,self-management ability and quality of life of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The co-construction of home nursing practice program can change the way of home sickness,improve self-management ability and quality of life of stroke patients after discharge,and is worthy of application.
