摘要
针对大学生在接受在线教育过程中,对其持续学习行为产生影响的主要因素展开探讨,并就影响因素之间存在的相互作用及联系作出说明,旨在提高在线教育的学习效率,推动大学生提高在线学习深度,持续改革高等教育教学,使其朝着信息化方向发展,为此寻求更有效的解决办法。有研究指出,大学生在接受在线教育的情况下,影响其持续学习行为的因素可以分为四个维度,即学习者特征、教师特征、课程平台特征以及应用环境特征,四个维度又可细分为14个因素。持续学习意向会对学习者的学习行为产生直接影响,根据学习目标与动机、课程设计与质量、教师辅助学习、学习能力与方法、平台功能与服务、教育管理制度等对在线课程教学的基本要求,需充分尊重学生的主体地位,完善课程教学平台、科学设计教学方案、构建多维度信息与知识传播途径、丰富大学教师职能,从而有效推动大学生积极参与在线课程教学。
This article discusses the main factors that affect the continuous learning behavior of college students in the process of receiving online education,and explains the interaction and connection between the factors,aiming at improving the learning efficiency of online education,promoting college students’online learning,continuing to reform higher education teaching,and making it develop in the direction of informatization,so as to find more effective solutions.Some studies have pointed out that when college students receive online education,the factors that affect their continuous learning behavior can be divided into four dimensions,including learner characteristics,teacher characteristics,learning environment characteristics and learning platform characteristics.The four dimensions can be subdivided into 14 factors.The intention of continuous learning will have a direct impact on the learning behavior of learners.According to the basic requirements for online teaching,such as learning purpose and motivation,course design and quality,instructors’assistance,the learning ability and method,platform function and service,and education management system,it is necessary to fully respect the main position of students,to improve the teaching platform,to scientifically design teaching programs,to build multi-dimensional information and knowledge transmission channels,and to enrich the functions of university teachers,so as to effectively,motivate college students to actively participate in online courses.
