摘要
学生工作是高校管理工作的重点内容之一。为更好地改革高校学生管理工作方案,对157名高校本科学生进行学生管理工作满意度问卷调查。结果显示,高校本科学生管理工作质量较高,得到大部分学生的认可,但在职业生涯规划与素养指导、活动开展、各部门协调能力等方面尚未达到理想水平。根据研究结果及复杂适应系统理论,高校学生管理工作相关部门应不断强化复杂适应系统理论在职业生涯规划与素养指导中的应用,通过小组培训、团建活动、主题会议等形式提高学生管理人员的团队凝聚力、协调能力,以高效地为学校和学生提供服务,充分发挥学生管理工作的作用。
Student working is one of the important content of college management.In order to better reform the working scheme of college student management,the study does questionnaire survey on the student management satisfaction of 157 college students.The results show that the quality of student management of undergraduate colleges is relatively high,and it is accepted by most students.However,career planning and literacy guidance,activity development,and cooperation among different departments,etc.need to be improved.According to the research results and complex adaptive system theory,departments related to college student management should continuously apply complex adaptive system theory in career planning and literacy guidance,improve teachers’group cohesiveness and coordinate ability of student management department,to efficiently provide service for the schools and universities,and fully play the role of student management.
