摘要
知识产权保护是我国科技强国战略提出的明确要求,高校以图书馆为核心整合校内资源,建设知识产权服务体系、开展信息服务和人才培养工作是现阶段高校图书馆发展的趋势。文章调研了获批成立高校国家知识产权信息服务中心的30所高校,分析高校知识产权服务体系建设的机构依托、业务类型和人才培养经验,总结并给出图书馆应联合科技处形成服务链、根据本校优势学科开展特色服务、以工科人才为主力进行多学科混合培养等策略。
Intellectual property protection is a clear requirement of China’s strategy of strengthening the country through science and technology.The development trend of university libraries at this stage is to integrate internal resources with libraries as the core,build intellectual property service system,carry out information services and personnel training.This paper investigates 30 universities that have been approved to establish the National Intellectual Property Information Service Center,analyzes the institutional support,service types and educational experience of the construction of intellectual property service system in universities,summarizes and puts forward such strategies as the library should form a service chain with the science and technology department,carry out characteristic services according to the superior disciplines of the university,and develop multidisciplinary mixed training with engineering talents as the main force.
