摘要
插层熔喷非织造材料是口罩生产的重要原材料。文章针对口罩生产过程中工艺参数、结构变量和产品性能之间的关系进行了研究,通过分析各变量对产品性能的影响,运用多元非线性回归、偏最小二乘法回归、BP神经网络及多目标规划的方法,建立了产品性能调控机制模型,并通过统计学检验验证了模型的准确性。
Interlayer meltblown nonwoven materials are important raw materials for mask production.The article studies the relationship between process parameters,structural variables,and product performance in the production process of masks.By analyzing the impact of each variable on product performance,a product performance regulation mechanism model is established using multiple nonlinear regression,partial least squares regression,BP neural network,and multi-objective programming methods.The accuracy of the model is verified through statistical testing.
