摘要
数字化转型是企业高质量发展的必由之路。外部环境的不断变化、国家相关政策的支持、基础设施的建设、企业管理层的背景特征和社会资源等是推进企业数字化转型的重要驱动因素。加快推进企业数字化转型,不仅有助于企业加快自身转型升级、提升国际化水平和推动高质量发展,而且能提高资本市场信息效率、促进资本市场健康发展。扎实推进企业数字化转型,需要企业和政府共同努力。就企业而言,应抢抓数字化转型新机遇,培育数字化转型新文化,强化企业内部数字化转型共识,利用战略布局优化和能力提升来推动数字化转型。就政府而言,应积极引导企业加大数字化转型力度,构建驱动企业数字化转型的激励机制,加快推动新型基础设施建设,培育数字化人才队伍,为推动企业数字化转型提供全方位、多层次的保障。
Digital transformation is the only way for enterprises to develop in high-quality.The constant change of external environment,the support of relevant national policies,the construction of infrastructure,the background characteristics of enterprise management and social resources are all important driving factors to promote the digital transformation of enterprises.Accelerating enterprise digital transformation will not only help enterprises accelerate their own transformation and upgrading,enhance the level of internationalization and promote high—quality development,but also improve the information efficiency of the capital market and promote the healthy development of the capital market.To promote the digital transformation of enterprises,enterprises and the government need to work together.At the corporate level,enterprises should seize the new opportunities of digital transformation,cultivate the new culture of digital transformation,strengthen the internal consensus of digital transformation,and promote digital transformation by optimizing the strategic layout and improving the capacity.At the government level,enterprises should be actively guided to strengthen digital transformation,build an incentive mechanism to drive enterprise digital transformation,accelerate the construction of new infrastructure,cultivate a digital talent team,and provide multi-directional and multi-level guarantee for promoting enterprise digital transformation.
