摘要
介绍了一个综合实验,在合成四氮杂大环配合物[NiL](ClO_(4))_(2)基础上,构建一个以四氮杂大环配合物[NiL](ClO_(4))_(2)催化的Briggs-Rauscher非线性化学振荡体系,并用此体系来实现对对羟基苯乙酮的定量检测。其中,配合物[NiL](ClO_(4))_(2)中的配体L为5,7,7,12,14,14-六甲基-1,4,8,11-四氮杂环十四烷-4,11-二烯。该综合实验囊括了无机化学,分析化学,有机化学,物理化学的有关知识,使用数字化仪器和电脑软件,使得操作简便,结果精确。
A comprehensive experiment is introduced in this paper.Based on the synthesis of[NiL](ClO_(4))_(2),a Briggs-Rauscher chemical oscillation system using[NiL](ClO_(4))_(2) as catalyst was studied,and Briggs-Rauscher system was used for quantitative detection of p-hydroxyacetophenone.The L in the complex is 5,7,7,12,14,14-hexamethyl-1,4,8,11-tetraazacyclotetradeca-4,11-diene.This comprehensive experiment includes inorganic chemistry,analytical chemistry,organic chemistry,physical chemistry.The digital instruments and computer software were used in comprehensive experiment,making the operation simple,results accurate.
