摘要
目的研究精细化管理的应用价值,分析其对颈肩腰腿痛科护士护理质量、相关考核评分、护理人员护理不良事件知晓情况、对管理措施的满意度的影响。方法选取2020年6月—2022年6月聊城市中医医院颈肩腰腿痛科护士12名,于2020年6月—2021年6月实施常规管理,纳入对照组;2021年7月—2022年6月实施精细化管理,纳入研究组。比较两组管理后各指标差异。结果研究组护理质量各项评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组护理人员对管理方案的满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组护理不良事件知晓情况高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组相关考核评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在颈肩腰腿痛科护士护理管理中,精细化管理实施价值高,效果显著,可以显著提升护理人员相关考核评分、护理质量、满意度,建议推广运用。
Objective To study the application value of refinement management and analyze its effect on nursing care quality,related assessment scores,nursing staff knowledge of nursing adverse events,and satisfaction with management measures in the neck,shoulder,wasit and leg pain department.Methods 12 nurses from the Department of Neck,Shoulder,Lumbar and Leg Pain of Liaocheng Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from June 2020 to June 2022 were selected,implement routine management from June 2020 to June 2021,and were included in the control group;from July 2021 to June 2022,refined management was implemented and included in the study group.Compare the differences between the two groups of indicators after management.Results The scores of nursing quality in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the nursing staff in the study group with the management plan was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The awareness of adverse nursing events in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The relevant examination scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the nursing management of nurses in the neck,shoulder,waist and leg,pain department,the implementation of refined management is of high value and effective,which can significantly improve the relevant assessment scores,nursing quality and satisfaction of nursing staff,and it is recommended to promote its application.
