摘要
血精作为男科临床常见病之一,主要表现为精液中含有血液。王顺德教授钻研男科临床及科研30余年,认为血精的发生与肝、脾、肾三脏密切相关,病位在下焦精室,病因大致可分为虚实两类。虚者多为脾不统血、肾阴亏虚、肝不藏血。实者多为瘀血阻络、湿热下注、肝郁化火。基本病机为外邪侵袭,内伤脏腑,气血失和,最终导致精室血络受损,血溢脉外,随精并出。王顺德教授治疗血精症同时注重整体观念和辨证论治,强调辨病和辨证相结合,整体和局部相结合,遣方用药独具匠心,不忘辅以心理疏导和饮食调摄,总体疗效颇佳,其思路和经验值得同行借鉴。
Hemospermia,as one of the common diseases in andrology,is mainly manifested as the presence of blood in semen.Professor Wang Shunde has studied andrology for more than 30 years,and believes that the occurrence of hemospermia is closely related to the liver,spleen,and kidney.The disease is located in the lower energizer sperm chamber,and the etiology can be roughly divided into two types:deficiency and excess.Deficiency is mainly caused by spleen failure to regulate blood,kidney Yin deficiency,and liver failure to store blood.Excess is mostly caused by blood stasis blocking collaterals,dampness and heat injection,and liver stagnation transforming into fire.The basic pathogenesis is the invasion of external pathogens,internal injury to the internal organs,and disharmony of Qi and blood,ultimately leading to damage to the blood vessels in the seminal chamber,causing blood to overflow outside the veins and flow out with the essence.Professor Wang Shunde also pays attention to the overall concept and treatment based on syndrome differentiation in the treatment of hemospermia,emphasizing the combination of disease differentiation and syndrome differentiation,as well as the combination of overall and local factors.His prescription and medication are ingenious,and he does not forget to supplement them with psychological guidance and dietary regulation.The overall efficacy is quite good.His ideas and experience are worth reference.
