PBL和问题讨论式教学法在血液科见习带教中的应用探究 被引量:6

The Application of PBL and Question Discussion Teaching Method in the Probationary Teaching of Hematology Department

摘要 目的探究以问题为导向的教学法(problem-based learning,PBL)结合问题讨论式教学在临床血液科见习带教中的应用效果。方法随机选取滨州医学院烟台附属医院血液内科2020年10月—2021年10月见习的100名临床学生为教学对象进行研究,采用整体抽样的方法分为对照组(n=50)和试验组(n=50)。对照组学生采取问题讨论式教学法,试验组学生采取PBL结合问题讨论式教学法。课时结束后,对比两组学生的教学满意度和考核成绩。结果试验组学生对带教内容和带教方法的满意度优于对照组学生,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在成绩考核中,对两组学生的理论知识、病历分析、操作技能进行了考核,试验组成绩明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论PBL结合问题讨论式教学法可在临床血液科见习带教中广泛应用。 Objective To explore the application effect of PBL combined with problem-based discussion teaching in clinical hematology trainee teaching.Methods Randomly selected 100 clinical students from the department of hematology,Yantai Affiliated Hospital of Binzhou Medical College from October 2020 to October 2021 as teaching subjects for research,and divided into control group(n=50)and experimental group by overall sampling method(n=50),the students in the control group adopted the problembased discussion teaching method,and the students in the experimental group adopted the PBL combined with the problem-based discussion teaching method.After the class period,the teaching satisfaction and assessment scores of the two groups of students were compared.Results The satisfaction of the experimental group students with teaching content and methods was better than that of the control group students,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).In the performance assessment,the theoretical knowledge,medical record analysis,and operational skills of the two groups of students were evaluated.The experimental group's performance was significantly better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion PBL combined with problem discussion teaching method can be widely used in clinical hematology trainee teaching.
