大跨度钢桁架屋面整体连续提升施工技术研究 被引量:3

摘要 结合某广电中心大型演播厅钢桁架屋面现场施工实践,提出一种实现大跨度钢桁架屋面整体连续提升的施工技术。相比常规大型起重机进行钢桁架高空散装的施工技术,该技术将大量的焊接作业集中在地面上进行,减少临时支撑架,成型效果好,安全风险大幅降低,可为其他类似项目提供借鉴。 Based on the on-site construction practice of the steel truss roof of a large studio in a radio and television center,a construction technology for realizing the overall continuous lifting of the large-span steel truss roof is proposed.Compared to the construction technology of conventional large cranes for high altitude bulk loading of steel trusses,this technology focuses a large number of welding operations on the ground,reduces temporary support frames,has good molding effects,and significantly reduces safety risks,which can provide a reference for other similar projects.
