摘要
[研究目的]元宇宙时代的到来变革了人类的生产生活方式,研究元宇宙视域下网络舆情的生发机理及治理路径对解决网络舆情治理问题具有重要现实意义。[研究方法]基于WSR方法论从治理动力、治理理念与治理效率方面构建了包含物理层面、事理层面和人理层面3个维度的理论分析框架。在此基础上,进一步从技术赋权、技术赋能与技术赋责角度总结了元宇宙视域下网络舆情的生发特征,并分析了当前网络舆情治理存在的法律边界、回应反馈与主体自觉等挑战。[研究结论]鉴于此,分别从厘清法律边界与完善法律体系,强化政府部门的回应与反馈,提升主体自觉与主体协同方面提出法制治理路径、回应治理路径与多主体共治路径3条网络舆情治理的有效路径,以为元宇宙视域下网络舆情的有效治理提供有益参考。
[Research purpose]The advent of the meta-universe era has changed the production and life styles of human beings.The study of the generation mechanism and governance path of network public opinion under the perspective of the meta-universe has important practical significance for solving the problem of governance of network public opinion.[Research method]Based on the WSR methodology,a theoretical analysis framework including three dimensions:physical,affair,and human-level,is constructed from governance dynamics,governance concepts,and governance efficiency.On this basis,it further summarizes the characteristics of the emergence of online public opinion from the perspective of technology empowerment,technology empowerment and technological responsibility,and analyzes the current legal boundaries,response feedback,and subject consciousness of the current governance of online public opinion challenge.[Research conclusion]In view of this,three effective paths for the governance of online public opinion are proposed in terms of clarifying the legal boundary and improving the legal system,strengthening the response and feedback of government departments,and enhancing the self-consciousness and coordination of the main body,in order to provide a useful reference for the effective management of network public opinion under the perspective of Metaverse.
