摘要
北京协和医院自2018年起探索互联网诊疗建设,后为应对新冠肺炎疫情防控,保障患者就医需求加速推进互联网诊疗业务,目前已取得初步成果。文章从诊疗流程、业务管理规范、人员培训等方面介绍北京协和医院互联网诊疗建设经验,探讨发展过程中的问题并提出思考建议,旨在进一步促进互联网诊疗的健康可持续发展。
Peking Union Medical College Hospital began to explore the construction of Internet diagnosis and treatment in 2018,and then accelerated the development in order to cope with the COVID-19 epidemic prevention and control and ensure patients'medical needs.So far,phased results had been achieved.This paper introduced the experience of the construction of Internet diagnosis and treatment from the aspects of medical service process,business management standards,personnel training,etc.,and explored the problems in the development process and put forward suggestions,so as to further promote the healthy and sustainable development of Internet diagnosis and treatment.
