摘要
随着网络技术的飞速发展,人们在更多、更快捷地获取信息的同时,却不得不面对一个日益凸显的问题—网络谣言。网络谣言给人们的日常生活、社会秩序、国家安全均造成负面影响。在自主创新推进网络强国建设背景下,公安机关必须加快构造网络综合治理体系,提高社会整体治理格局,采取多元主体协作治理方式,加强对各方面的监督和引导,提升技术检测水平与运用能力,协调好各方的力量,营造天朗气清的网络空间。
With the rapid development of network technology,while people obtain more information faster,they have to face an increasingly prominent problem-network rumors.Under the background of independent innovation to promote the construction of a powerful network country,the public security organs must speed up the construction of a comprehensive network governance system,improve the overall governance pattern of society,adopt multi-subject collaborative governance methods,strengthen supervision and guidance of all aspects,and improve the level of technical testing and application capabilities.
