摘要
介绍了铜陵某公司硫铁矿制酸装置的工艺流程,针对生产中存在的尾气脱硫系统耗碱量大及转化器二段“高烧”的问题,分别从转化系统、脱硫系统及系统开停车影响等方面进行了分析,提出优化改进措施并予以实施,取得了较好的效果。
The process flow of the pyrite-based sulphuric acid plant in a company in Tongling is introduced.In response to the problems of high alkali consumption in the tail gas desulfurization system and“over temperature”in the second converter section during production,the conversion system,desulfurization system,and the impact of system startup and shutdown were analyzed.Optimization and improvement measures were proposed and implemented,achieving good results.
