摘要
目的 探讨基于危急值报告流程的链式护理在急性胸痛患者中的应用及其对急救效率和满意度的影响。方法 2021年1月开始,基于危急值报告流程的链式护理应用于广外医院急性胸痛患者的护理管理,设置3个月的研究洗脱期。于2021年4月-2022年6月选取112例急性胸痛患者,设为观察组。于2019年6月-2021年2月选取112例急性胸痛患者,设为对照组。对照组采用常规急诊护理路径,观察组采用基于危急值报告流程的链式护理。比较两组的危急值报告时间,急救效率指标、干预前(预检分诊)、干预后(转出急诊时)的自测健康评定量表(SRHMS)评分,以及护理满意度。结果 观察组患者的首份心电图报告时间、高敏肌钙蛋白(hscTn)报告时间均小于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的候诊时间及分诊时间均小于对照组(P<0.05);干预后,两组SRHMS评分均升高,且观察组SRHMS评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的护理满意度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 基于危急值报告流程的链式护理在急性胸痛患者中的应用具有较好的效果,有效缩短了患者危急值报告时间,提升了急救效率,改善了患者的身心健康状态,具有较高的患者满意度。
Objective To explore the application of chain nursing based on the critical value reporting process in patients with acute chest pain and its impact on the efficiency and satisfaction of first aid.Methods From January 2021,chain nursing based on the critical value reporting process was applied to the nursing management of patients with acute chest pain in our hospital,and a three-month study washout period was set.From April 2021 to June 2022,112 patients with acute chest pain were selected as the observation group.From June 2019 to February 2021,112 patients with acute chest pain were selected as control group.The control group adopted the routine emergency nursing path,and the observation group adopted the chain nursing based on the critical value reporting process.The critical value reporting time,first aid efficiency index,self-rated health assessment scale(SRHMS)scores before intervention(pre-examination and triage)and after intervention(transfer out of emergency),and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The first ECG report time and troponin report time of patients in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05);The waiting time and triage time of patients in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05);After intervention,the SRHMS score of both groups increased,and the SRHMS score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);The nursing satisfaction score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of chain nursing based on the critical value reporting process in patients with acute chest pain has a good effect,effectively shortens the critical value reporting time of patients,improves the first aid efficiency,improves the physical and mental health of patients,and has high patient satisfaction.
