摘要
县域学前教育资源的合理优化配置对实现城乡学前教育均衡发展、推进区域学前教育公平、促进学前教育整体可持续发展意义重大。研究发现,近二十年来我国县域学前教育资源配置研究的核心内容主要聚焦在学前教师资源配置、学前教育财政投入、学前教育资源配置的制度保障、学前教育资源配置的效率、学前教育资源配置的影响因素、学前教育资源配置的管理体制等六个方面。已有研究提供了理论基础、思维启发和方法借鉴,但仍然存在研究方法以学理思辨为主,实证研究缺乏;研究视角单一,跨学科研究不足;研究内容侧重省域层面的宏观研究,对需求主体的利益诉求关注不够;模型构建研究范围有限,预测性研究匮乏等问题。未来我国县域学前教育资源配置研究应重点从以下方面着手:关注县域学前教育资源的共生发展机制研究,强化县域学前教育资源配置中需求主体权益表达机制的研究,重视县域学前教育资源配置的预测性研究,构建具有实证意义的县域学前教育资源配置影响因素模型研究,注重县域学前教育资源配置的信息化建设研究。
The rational and optimal allocation of preschool education resources in the county is of great significance to realize the balanced development of urban and rural preschool education,promote the fairness of regional preschool education and facilitate the overall sustainable development of preschool education.The study found that the core contents of the research on the allocation of preschool education resources in the county of China in the past two decades mainly focused on six aspects,including preschool teachers'resource allocation,financial investment in preschool education,institutional guarantee of preschool education resource allocation,efficiency of preschool education resource allocation,factors influencing preschool education resource allocation,and management system of preschool education resource allocation.Previous researches have provided theoretical basis,thinking inspiration and methods for reference.However,there are still some problems,such as research methods are mainly theoretical and discursive,and empirical research is lacking;research perspectives are single,and interdisciplinary research is insufficient;research content focuses on macro research at provincial level,and does not pay enough attention to the interests of demand subjects;model construction research is limited in scope,and predictive research is lacking.In the future,the research on the allocation of preschool education resources in the county of China should focus on the following aspects:pay attention to the research on the symbiotic development of the allocation of preschool education resources in the county,strengthen the research on the mechanism of expressing the interests of demand subjects in the allocation of preschool education resources in the county,and attach importance to the predictive research of the allocation of preschool education resources in the county,construct an empirical model of influencing factors of the allocation of preschool education resources in the county,and focus on the informationization construction of the allocation of preschool education resources in the county.
