摘要
目的:研究夏枯草颗粒联合醋酸泼尼松片治疗亚急性甲状腺炎的效果。方法:选取2019年6月—2022年9月于我院就诊的62例亚急性甲状腺炎患者,使用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组31例。对照组予以醋酸泼尼松片治疗,夏枯草组予以泼尼松联合夏枯草颗粒治疗。比较两组临床总有效率、症状消失时间、血清T3、T4、TSH、ESR、CRP、TPOAb和TGAb水平、副作用发生率和复发率。结果:观察组临床总有效率为93.55%,高于对照组的67.74%(P<0.05);观察组各症状消失时间短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组T3、T4水平低于对照组,TSH水平高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组ESR、CRP、TPOAb和TGAb水平低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组副作用发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:夏枯草颗粒联合醋酸泼尼松片治疗亚急性甲状腺炎后能有效提高临床总有效率,缩短症状消失时间,改善血清T3、T4、TSH、ESR、CRP、TPOAb和TGAb水平,降低副作用发生率和复发率。
Objective:To study the effect of prunella vulgaris granules combined with prednisone acetate tablets in the treatment of subacute thyroiditis.Methods:A total of 62 patients with subacute thyroiditis who were treated in our hospital from June 2019 to September 2022 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 31 patients in each group.The control group was treated with prednisone acetate tablets and the observation group group was treated with prednisone combined with prunella vulgaris granules.The clinical total effective rate,symptom disappearance time,serum T3,T4,TSH levels,serum ESR,CRP,TPOAb and TGAb levels,side effect incidence and recurrence rate of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.55%,which was higher than 67.74% of the control group(P<0.05).The disappearance time of each symptom in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of T3 and T4 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the TSH level was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of ESR,CRP,TPOAb and TGAb in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of side effects in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Prunella vulgaris granules combined with prednisone acetate tablets can effectively improve the clinical total effective rate,shorten the time of symptom disappearance,improve the levels of serum T3,T4,TSH,ESR,CRP,TPOAb and TGAb,and reduce the incidence and recurrence rate of side effects in the treatment of subacute thyroiditis.
