摘要 本文分析应用三维重建技术对患者二维影像学原始数据进行处理,构建患者子宫动脉、子宫肌瘤、肌瘤血供数字化模型,探讨三维模型在子宫肌瘤术前个体化手术规划中的意义。三维重建模型能清晰显示子宫、子宫肌瘤及其血供情况,具有个体化、立体、直观、动态、清晰的优点。通过三维重建模型观察子宫及子宫肌瘤血供情况,有利于明确血供来源、走形及其丰富程度,实现腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术前规划、术中个体化指导,同时提高术后护理质量。三维重建模型可帮助医生进行某些妇产科疾病的诊断和鉴别、某些疑难疾病手术方案的优化,亦是医学教学、医患沟通的好工具。 This paper analyzes the application of three-dimensional reconstruction technology to process the original data of two-dimensional imaging of patients,constructs the digital model of uterine artery,uterine fibroids and blood supply of fibroids,and discusses the significance of three-dimensional model in preoperative individualized surgical planning of uterine fibroids.The three-dimensional reconstruction model can clearly show the uterus,uterine fibroids and their blood supply,with the advantages of individualization,three-dimensional,intuitive,dynamic and clear.Observing the blood supply of uterus and uterine fibroids through three-dimensional reconstruction model is conducive to clarifying the source,shape and richness of blood supply,realizing preoperative planning and intraoperative individualized guidance of laparoscopic myomectomy,and improving the quality of postoperative nursing.The three-dimensional reconstruction model can help doctors to diagnose and identify some gynecological diseases,and optimize the surgical plan of some difficult diseases,which is also a good tool for medical teaching and doctor-patient communication.
