茶树油及其成分对奶牛乳腺炎主要致病菌的抑菌效果 被引量:1

Antibacterial Effect of Tea Tree Oil and Its Components on Main Pathogenic Bacteria of Dairy Cow Mastitis

摘要 试验旨在探究茶树油及其成分对奶牛乳腺炎主要致病菌的抑菌效果,探究茶树油代替抗生素用于治疗奶牛乳腺炎的可行性。采用平板打孔法药敏试验,测定茶树油及其成分产生的抑菌圈直径,分析比较单一成分与全组分茶树油抑菌效果的差异,进一步推断茶树油成分之间抑菌作用的关系。5种致病菌对20%浓度的茶树油均为中敏,对10%浓度的茶树油敏感度介于中敏和低敏之间,而对于5%浓度的茶树油为低敏。桉叶油醇对于5种致病菌均具良好的抑菌效果,且与浓度呈正相关,5种致病菌对于2.5%~20%浓度的桉叶油醇介于低敏和高敏之间;5种致病菌对于2.5%以及1.25%浓度的α-松油醇均为高敏,对于0.625%浓度的α-松油醇均为中敏;5种致病菌对于5%~20%浓度的(R)-(+)-苎烯介于低敏和中敏之间;2.5%~20%浓度的双戊烯对于绿脓杆菌无抑菌效果,除绿脓杆菌之外的4种致病菌对于20%浓度的双戊烯为介于低敏和中敏之间。茶树油对于5种致病菌具有一定的抑菌效果,茶树油中起主要抑菌作用的物质为α-松油醇,桉叶油醇、R-(+)-苎烯、萜品油烯以及双戊烯也具有一定的抑菌效果,这些组分在茶树油的抑菌作用中相互协同、拮抗。 This experiment was to explore the bacteriostatic effect of tea tree oil and its components on the main pathogenic bacteria of dairy cow mastitis and the feasibility of tea tree oil in replacing antibiotics on the treatment of dairy cow mastitis.The drug susceptibility test by plate punching method was used to determine the diameter of inhibition zone produced by tea tree oil and its components.By analyzing the antibacterial difference between single component and full composition of tea tree oil,the relationship of antibacterial effects between tea tree oil components was further investigated.The five pathogenic bacteria were moderately sensitive to 20% tea tree oil,the sensitivity of 10% tea tree oil were between moderate and low,while 5% tea tree oil showed low sensitivity.1,8-Cineole had good bacteriostatic effect on five pathogenic bacteria,and was positively correlated with the concentration.The five pathogenic bacteria were between low sensitivity and high sensitivity to 2.5%~20% 1,8-Cineole;they were highly sensitive to 1.25%~2.5% a-Terpineol,and moderately sensitive to 0.625%a-Terpineol;the concentrations of 5%~20%(R)-(+)-Limonene for five pathogenic bacteria ranged from low sensitivity to moderate sensitivity;2.5%~20% Diopentene had no bacteriostatic effect on Pseudomonas aeruginosa,the four pathogens except Pseudomonas aeruginosa were between low and moderate sensitivity to 20% Dio-pentene.Tea tree oil has a certain bacteriostatic effect on five pathogenic bacteria.The main bacteriostatic substances in tea tree oil are a-Terpineol,1,8-Cineole,Terpinolene,(R)-(+)-Limonene and Dipentene also have a certain bacteriostatic effect,these components are synergistic and antagonistic in the bacteriostatic action of tea tree oil.
