摘要
社会情感能力研究是当前社会最为关注的课题之一,高校研究生的成长与社会情感能力息息相关。目前,我国高校研究生普遍存在自我意识不强、自我管理能力不足、社会意识偏差、人际交往能力匮乏、负责任能力有限等问题。因此,高校要加强培养研究生的自我管理,构筑平衡的导师和学生以及学生和学生的关系,将社会情感能力课程纳入研究生课程中,培养更全面、更符合社会需求的新时代人才。
the research of social affective ability is one of the most concerned topics in the current society.The growth of graduate students is closely related to social affective ability.At present,there are many problems in our country,such as lack of self-awareness,lack of self-management ability,deviation of social awareness,lack of people skills and limited ability of responsibility.Therefore,colleges and universities need to strengthen the self-management of postgraduates,build a balanced relationship between guidance and students,and bring the course of social and emotional competence into the postgraduates' curriculum,to cultivate more comprehensive,more in line with the needs of the new era of talent.
