摘要
目的探讨性激素替代疗法治疗更年期综合征的临床效果。方法选取2020年7月至2022年7月鄄城县妇幼保健计划生育服务中心收治的80例更年期综合征患者,按照随机抽签法分为对照组、观察组。对照组(n=40)采取地屈孕酮治疗,观察组(n=40)采取性激素替代疗法,比较两组治疗效果。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组雌二醇、卵泡刺激素、黄体生成素水平低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论性激素替代疗法治疗更年期综合征,可以提高治疗有效率,调节性激素水平。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of s ex hormone replacement therapy in the treatm ent of climacteric syndrome.Methods From July 2020 to July 2022,80 patients with climacteric syndrome admitted to the Juancheng County Maternal and Child Health and Family Planning Service Center were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group according to the random lottery method.The control group(n=40)was treated with Desdrogesterone,and the observation group(n=40)was treated with sex hormone replacement therapy.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of estradiol,follicle stimulating hormone and luteinizing hormone in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Sex hormone replacement therapy in the treatment of climacteric syndrome can improve the treatment efficiency and regulate the level of sex hormones.
