肠道益生菌联合间歇性蓝光照射治疗新生儿高胆红素血症的效果 被引量:4

Effect of intestinal probiotics combined with intermittent blue light irradiation in the treatment of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia

摘要 目的观察肠道益生菌联合间歇性蓝光照射治疗新生儿高胆红素血症的效果。方法选取2021年10月至2022年10月临清市人民医院收治的68例新生儿高胆红素血症患儿作为研究对象,采用抽签法将患儿随机分为联合组、对照组,每组各34例。两组患儿均接受相同的常规治疗方案,对照组患儿加用间歇性蓝光照射治疗,联合组采用肠道益生菌联合间歇性蓝光照射治疗,对比两组的疗效。结果治疗后,联合组的血清胆红素、C反应蛋白、谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合组的治疗总有效率、白蛋白均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合组的住院时间比对照组更短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用肠道益生菌联合间歇性蓝光照射治疗新生儿高胆红素血症,能够取得更好的综合疗效,值得推广。 Objective To observe the effect of intestinal probiotics combined with intermittent blue light irradiation in the treatment of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia.Methods From October 2021 to October 2022,68 neonates with hyperbilirubinemia in Linqing People’s Hospital were selected as the study subjects,and the children were randomly divided into combination group and control group by drawing lots,34 cases in each group.Children in both groups were treated with the same routine treatment scheme.The control group was treated with intermittent blue light irradiation,and the combination group was treated with intestinal probiotics combined with intermittent blue light irradiation.The curative effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the serum bilirubin,C-reactive protein,glutamic-pyruvic transaminase and glutamic-oxaloacetic transaminase in the combination group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment and albumin in the combination group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The hospitalization time of the combination group was shorter than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia with intestinal probiotics combined with intermittent blue light irradiation can achieve better comprehensive effect and is worthy of promotion.
