摘要
目的探讨综合性内科护理在女性2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者中的应用效果。方法选取2020年8月至2022年8月沂水县许家湖镇卫生院收治的86例T2DM女性患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组各43例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上实施综合性内科护理,比较两组血糖水平、心理状态。结果干预后观察组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组焦虑评分、抑郁评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对T2DM患者应用综合性内科护理可改善血糖水平,调节心理状态,值得推广应用。
Objective To explore the application effect of comprehensive medical nursing in female patients with diabetes mellitus type 2(T2DM).Methods A total of 86 female patients with T2DM admitted to Xujiahu Town Health Center in Yishui County from August 2020 to August 2022 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given comprehensive medical nursing on the basis of the control group.The blood glucose level and psychological state of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the levels of fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The anxiety and depression scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of comprehensive medical nursing in patients with T2DM can improve the blood glucose level and regulate the psychological state,which is worthy of popularization and application.
