摘要
目的探讨心理健康护理在妊娠高血压护理中的应用效果。方法选取2019年2月至2022年3月济宁市兖州区颜店中心卫生院收治的68例妊娠高血压患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为常规组(34例)与研究组(34例)。常规组采用常规护理,研究组采用心理健康护理,比较两组生活质量、心理状态及新生儿Apgar评分。结果护理后研究组SF-36评分高于常规组(P<0.05);护理后研究组SDS、SAS评分低于常规组(P<0.05);研究组新生儿Apgar评分高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论心理健康护理应用于妊娠高血压患者中,可以有效提高生活质量、新生儿Apgar评分,调节心理状态。
Objective To explore the application effect of mental health nursing in gestational hypertension.Methods A total of 68 patients with gestational hypertension admitted to Yanzhou District Yandian Central Health Center in Jining City from February 2019 to March 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to random number table method,they were divided into conventional group(34 cas es)and study group(34 cases).The conventional group was given routine nursing,and the study group was given mental health nursing.Quality of life,mental state and Apgar score were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the SF-36 score of the study group was higher than that of the conventional group(P<0.05).After nursing,the SDS and SAS scores of the study group were lower than those of the conventional group(P<0.05).The neonatal Apgar score in the study group was higher than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of mental health nursing in patients with gestational hypertension can effectively improve the quality of life,neona tal Apgar score,and regulate the mental state.
