摘要
目的探讨他汀类药物对慢性心力衰竭患者的治疗效果以及心功能的影响。方法选取2021年1月至2022年1月于赣州市大余县人民医院治疗的慢性心力衰竭患者90例作为研究对象,依照随机信封分组法分为对照组与联合组,每组45例。对照组患者给予基础治疗,联合组患者在对照组治疗基础上采用瑞舒伐他汀钙片。比较两组患者治疗前后心功能、血脂指标、治疗效果、不良反应发生率。结果治疗前,两组患者心功能指标、血脂指标比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组左心室收缩末期内径、左心室舒张末期内径及左心室射血分数有所改善,且联合组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组总胆固醇、三酰甘油、低密度脂蛋白、高密度脂蛋白有所改善,且联合组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合组治疗有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论采用他汀类药物治疗慢性心力衰竭临床疗效显著,能够有效调节血脂水平,改善心脏功能,且安全性较高。
Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of statins on patients with chronic heart failure and the influence of cardiac function.Methods 90 patients with chronic heart failure treated by the People's Hospital of Dayu County,Ganzhou City from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and combination group according to the random envelope grouping method,with 45 patients in each group.The patients in the control group were given basic treatment,while the patients in the combined group were given rosuvastatin calcium tablets on the basis of the treatment in the control group.The cardiac function and blood lipid index before and after treatment,treatment effect and the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups were compared.Results Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in cardiac function indicators and blood lipid indicators(P<0.05);After treatment,the left ventricular end systolic diameter,left ventricular end diastolic diameter,and left ventricular ejection fraction in the two groups improved,and the combined group was superior to the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05);After treatment,total cholesterol,triacylglycerol,low density lipoprotein,and high density lipoprotein in the two groups were improved,and the combined group was superior to the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05);The effective rate of treatment in the combined group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Statins have significant clinical efficacy in the treatment of chronic heart failure,which can effectively regulate blood lipid levels,improve cardiac function,and have high safety.
