高凝油油藏微生物+化学驱组合式提高采收率技术研究 被引量:1

摘要 高凝油具有高凝固点、高含蜡量、高析蜡温度等特点,易在近井地带形成冷伤害,降低油藏渗透率,影响化学驱油体系的驱油效果。而微生物在处理冷伤害、降凝降蜡等方面具有优势。针对两个体系优势,探讨了实施微生物+化学驱组合提高采收率的技术可行性。室内通过研究筛选出了高凝油化学驱配方体系及2种耐温微生物菌种组成的微生物体系,确定采用微生物+化学驱段塞组合式注入方式,该方式可在化学驱基础上提高驱油效率7.3%。 High pour-point oil has the characteristics of high freezing point,high wax content and high wax precipitation temperature.It is easy to form cold damage near the well,to reduce reservoir permeability and affect the oil displacement effect of chemical flooding system.Microorganisms have advantages in dealing with cold damage,reducing coagulation and wax.According to the advantages of the two systems,the technical feasibility of implementing microbial+chemical flooding combination to enhance oil recovery was discussed.Through laboratory research,the formulation system of high pour-point oil chemical flooding and the microbial system composed of two temperature resistant microbial strains was selected,and the microbial+chemical flooding slug combined injection mode was determined,which could improve the oil displacement efficiency by 7.3%on the basis of chemical flooding.
