摘要
畜禽养殖是我国重要农业产业支柱。生猪养殖在畜禽养殖中体量较大,在其高速发展的同时产生大量养猪废水。研究表明,养猪废水作为一种农业废弃污染物,尽管蕴含大量资源类和能源类物质,但资源化和能源化过程中畜禽废水,无论是物理化学方法,还是生物处理方法均对环境存在负面影响。其经济成本及整体效益与环境负面影响之间的权衡是这些方法能否进行大规模应用的限制条件。研究以养猪废水为例,综合分析其资源化和能源化利用主要途径、利用效率和优缺点,并对技术的优化提出展望。
The livestock and poultry farming are the important pillar of China's agricultural industry.Swine farming is one oflarge parts of livestock and poultry farming.At the same time,swine farming produces a large amount of swine wastewater during its rapid development.Previous studies showed that swine wastewater contained a large number of resources and energy substances.However,during the livestock and poultry wastewater in the process of resource recycling and energy utilization,both the traditional physicochemical method and the novel biological treatment method would have negative impacts on the environment.The trade-off between the economic cost and the overall benefit of the process of resource and energy utilization and the negative impact on the environment is a key aspect for large-scale application.In this study,taking swine wastewater recycling and energy utilization as an example,the main ways of swine wastewater recycling and energy utilization are reviewed,the advantages and disadvantages are compared,and prospects for the future optimization of these technologies are made.
