摘要
食品包装材料是用于食品包装的各种材料的总称,合格的食品包装材料是食品质量安全的重要保证。食品包装材料使用的主要目的是保护食品,使其在运输、储存、销售过程中免受外界因素影响而变质或污染,是保障食品安全的重要组成部分。目前,我国常用的食品包装材料有纸质、塑料、金属、玻璃、陶瓷和复合材料等。然而,我国现有的食品包装材料存在种类不齐全、质量参差不齐、安全隐患多等问题,不仅不能保证食品的质量安全,也不利于人们的健康生活。因此,研究我国现有食品包装材料安全检测技术对于保障我国消费者合法权益具有重要意义。本文主要分析了食品包装材料检测技术中存在的问题,并提出了相应解决措施。
Food packaging materials refer to the general term of all kinds of materials used for food packaging,and qualified food packaging materials are an important guarantee to ensure food quality and safety.The main purpose of the use of food packaging materials is to protect food from deterioration or pollution in the process of transportation,storage and sales,which is an important part of ensuring food safety.At present,the commonly used food packaging materials in China mainly include paper,plastic,metal,glass,ceramics and composite materials.However,the existing food packaging materials in China have many problems,such as incomplete types,uneven quality,and many safety risks,which not only cannot guarantee the quality and safety of food,but also is not conducive to people’s healthy life.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the existing safety detection technology of food packaging materials in China to protect the legitimate rights and interests of Chinese consumers.This paper mainly analyzes the problems existing in the detection technology of food packaging materials,and puts forward the corresponding solutions.
