摘要
目的探讨自体耳甲腔软骨移植联合固体硅胶假体植入在隆鼻术中应用的安全性及有效性。方法选取2022年1月至2023年1月蚌埠市第三人民医院整形科收治的45例隆鼻术的患者,均为首次行隆鼻术的女性,其中常规手术组24例行单纯假体隆鼻术,软骨联合组21例行自体耳软骨联合假体隆鼻术,比较并分析两组患者术后满意度、术后并发症的发生率等情况。结果所有患者均随访1~12个月,软骨联合组术后满意度较常规手术组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后并发症的发生率比较,软骨联合组2例,常规手术组9例,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论自体耳软骨移植应用于隆鼻术中是安全可行的,耳软骨供区外形无改变,且较隐蔽,鼻部形态美观自然,形态符合美学标准,手感好,可避免假体下滑、位移、和外露等并发症的出现。
Objective To explore the safety and effectiveness of autologous auricular cartilage transplantation combined with solid silicone prosthesis implantation in rhinoplasty.Method A total of 45 patients who underwent rhinoplasty at the Plastic Surgery Department of the Third People's Hospital of Bengbu City from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected,all of whom were women who underwent rhinoplasty for the first time.Among them,24 patients in the conventional surgery group underwent simple prosthetic rhinoplasty,while 21 patients in the cartilage combined group underwent autologous ear cartilage combined with prosthetic rhinoplasty.The postoperative satisfaction and incidence of postoperative complications of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results All patients were followed up for 1-12 months,and the postoperative satisfaction of the combined cartilage group was higher than that of the conventional surgery group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications was compared between the cartilage union group in 2 cases and the conventional surgery group in 9 cases,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of autologous ear cartilage transplantation in rhinoplasty is safe and feasible.The appearance of the ear cartilage donor area remains unchanged and is relatively concealed.The nasal shape is beautiful and natural,meets aesthetic standards,and has a good hand feel.It can avoid complications such as prosthesis sliding,displacement,and exposure.
