摘要
科研育人是新时代高校培养人才的重要举措之一,是“三全育人”的重要组成部分。医学院校科研育人存在认识不足、体制不健全、功利思想等问题。面对新形势,医学院校应该树立正确的科研育人理念,制定健全的科研育人制度,建立完善的科研育人体系,创建医学院校科研育人学术诚信体系。
Scientific research education is one of the important measures for colleges and universities to cultivate talents in the new era,and it is an important part of“three integrity education”.There are some problems in scientific research education in medical colleges,such as lack of understanding,unsound system and utilitarian thought.Facing the new situation,medical colleges should set up the correct concept of scientific research and education,formulate a sound system of scientific research and education,establish a sound system of scientific research and education,and create an academic credit system of medical colleges and universities.
