摘要
运河小镇作为一座具有千年历史并带有鲜明运河文化的特色区域,发展已初具规模,同时也面临着诸多现实发展难题。通过对安徽省运河小镇发展的现状进行调查,发现运河小镇在发展过程中存在缺乏自身特色主导产业、创新能力不足,基础生活设施有待完善、公共服务能力有待提高,自然生态与社会生态的保护不足等问题。从三生融合的视角出发,提出精准定位特色主导产业,创新发展旅游产业、完善小镇基础建设,提升小镇服务水平、加强自然生态及社会生态的保护等方面的建议,为安徽省运河小镇高质量发展提供一定的参考。
As special regions with a history of one thousand years or so and their unique canal cultures,the towns along the canals in Anhui Province have achieved a large stride in their development,while they are still confronted with many realistic problems.An investigation into the curent situation of these towns reveals that they are quite short of leading industries with their own characteristics,and that there are much to be desired in these regions concerning their innovation ability,life facilities,public service capacity,and protection for the natural and social ecology.Based on the ideas of integrating production,living and ecology,this paper puts forward some suggestions on the orientation of their leading industries with the local features,tourism industry innovation,infrastructure building,public service capacity,and protection of the natural and social ecology so as to provide some reference for high-quality development of the towns along the canals in Anhui province.
