摘要
为提升新能源试验室的试验质量,对比了现有试验室质量管理方式的特点和局限性,提出了5M1E和FMEA相结合的试验室质量管理方式。针对公司新能源试验室电机台架,从人、机、料、法、环及测等各个方面分析其潜在失效模式,并制定应对措施。两年的试验结果表明,该方法可以显著减少试验故障及其带来的不利影响,从而提升试验质量。
In order to improve test quality of new energy test lab,the characteristics and limitations of the existing lab quality management methods are compared,and a new lab quality man⁃agement method based on 5M1E and FMEA is proposed.For the E-motor benches in the new energy lab,the potential failure modes are analyzed from the aspects of man,machine,material,method,environment and measurement,and the related countermeasures are formulated.The results of the two-year test show that the proposed method can significantly reduce the test failure and its adverse ef⁃fects,therefore improve test quality.
