摘要
为探索新的制革废水处理方法,选择可溶性淀粉为原料,采用乳液聚合法制备表面和内部聚集大量活性基团的DTPA/Sn^(4+)阳离子复合淀粉微球(CSM)。利用单因素优化出CSM的最佳合成条件,对其进行SEM、FT-IR和TGA表征,并利用模拟含Cr(Ⅵ)废水进行静态吸附实验。结果表明,最佳工艺合成条件为:n(DTPA)∶n(SnCl_(4))=1.1∶1.0、K_(2)S_(2)O_(8)/NaHSO_(3)质量为0.6 g、N,N′-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺(MBAA)质量为0.6 g、复合乳化剂质量分数为51%、反应温度为60℃;常温条件下,pH为3、吸附时间为120 min、Cr(Ⅵ)初始质量浓度为200 mg/L时达到最佳饱和吸附,此时Cr(Ⅵ)吸附量为39.58 mg/g;模拟Cr(Ⅵ)质量浓度为40 mg/L的皮革废水的Cr(Ⅵ)去除率高达99.9%。
To explore a new method for treating with tanning wastewater,DTPA/Sn^(4+)cationic starch microsphere(CSM)with a large number of active groups aggregating on their surface and inside is prepared via emulsion polymerization method with soluble starch as raw material.The optimal synthesis conditions for CSM are obtained by single factor.SEM,FTIR and TGA are employed to characterize CSM,and the static adsorption experiment for CSM is performed by using the simulated Cr(Ⅵ)-containing wastewater.Results show that the best synthesis conditions for CSM are as follows:the mass ratio of DTPA to SnCl_(4)is 1.1∶1.0,the dosage of K_(2)S_(2)O_(8)/NaHSO_(3)is 0.6 g,the dosage of MBAA is 0.6 g,the dosage of composite emulsifier is 51%,and temperature is at 60℃.At normal temperature,the optimal saturated adsorption of Cr(Ⅵ)by CSM is achieved within 120 min when pH is 3,and Cr(Ⅵ)concentration is 200 mg·L^(-1).Under this situation,the adsorption capacity of Cr(Ⅵ)is 39.58 mg·g^(-1),and the removal rate of Cr(Ⅵ)can reach 99.9%for a simulated tanning wastewater with an initial Cr(Ⅵ)concentration of 40 mg·L^(-1).
