摘要
目的 观察肺癌癌因性疲乏患者采取热敏灸加参芪扶正注射液治疗的临床效果。方法 72例肺癌癌因性疲乏患者,采取奇偶法分为实验组和对照组,每组36例。对照组给予传统治疗,实验组给予热敏灸加参芪扶正注射液治疗。比较两组临床效果及疲乏症状评分。结果 实验组治疗总有效率97.2%明显高于对照组的66.7%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组认知疲乏、行为疲乏、感觉疲乏、情感疲乏评分及总分分别为(25.16±1.59)、(24.13±1.57)、(32.64±1.01)、(26.43±2.33)、(108.36±6.52)分,均明显低于对照组的(34.46±1.19)、(32.18±1.63)、(45.77±2.41)、(36.29±5.64)、(148.75±10.87)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 对肺癌癌因性疲乏患者采取热敏灸加参芪扶正注射液治疗的临床效果较好,可有效改善患者疲乏症状,促进患者疾病治愈率升高,充分保证患者预后,临床应用价值较高。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Shenqi Fuzheng Injection plus heat-sensitive moxibustion in the treatment of cancer-related fatigue in lung cancer patients.Methods A total of 72 cases of lung cancer patients with cancer-related fatigue were divided into experimental group and control group by parity method,with 36 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional treatment,and the experimental group was treated with heat-sensitive moxibustion and Shenqi Fuzheng Injection.The clinical effect and fatigue symptom score of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 97.2%,which was significantly higher than that of 66.7%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The cognitive fatigue,behavioral fatigue,sensory fatigue,emotional fatigue scores and total score in the experimental group were(25.16±1.59),(24.13±1.57),(32.64±1.01),(26.43±2.33)and(108.36±6.52)points,which were significantly lower than those of(34.46±1.19),(32.18±1.63),(45.77±2.41),(36.29±5.64)and(148.75±10.87)points in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of heat-sensitive moxibustion plus Shenqi Fuzheng Injection on lung cancer patients with cancer-related fatigue is better,which can effectively improve the symptoms of fatigue,promote the increase of the cure rate of the disease,fully guarantee the prognosis of patients,and has high clinical application value.
