微生物肥料添加对北盘江流域6个树种全磷、全氮及固氮功能的影响 被引量:1

Effects of microbial fertilizer addition on total phosphorus,total nitrogen and nitrogen fixation functions of six tree species in the Beipanjiang River Basin

摘要 为揭示微生物肥料不同添加量对北盘江流域常见树种全磷、全氮及固氮功能的影响。以北盘江流域合欢、大叶石栎、毛叶黄杞、板栗、荔枝和柑橘6个树种为研究对象,设置4种微生物肥料添加量(MF),即MF_(0)(0 kg·株^(-1))、MF_(1)(0.25 kg·株^(-1))、MF_(2)(0.5 kg·株^(-1))、MF3(1 kg·株^(-1))。5月微生物肥料添加60 d后采集植物叶片测定氮含量(TN)和磷含量(TP),计算其固氮能力(ARF)。六个树种的TN在不同微生物肥料添加量下的差异显著(P<0.05),MF_(1)下较MF_(0)平均增加了13%~33%,MF_(2)增加了23%~55%,MF3增加了41%~75%,但TP无显著差异。合欢与柑橘的ARF在不同微生物肥料添加量下无显著差异,柑橘ARF为25.48%~31.41%,合欢ARF为38.60%~44.78%。其余4个树种ARF在MF3下均较小,与MF_(1)和MF_(2)差异显著(P<0.05),不同树种间ARF也呈显著差异(P<0.05)。研究区内植物的TP与MF、TN、ARF均无显著的相关性。微生物肥料添加水平是影响人工栽培树种氮含量与固氮能力的重要因素,不同植物氮磷含量、固氮能力强弱与植物种类有密切关系。本研究各植物ARF较小,柑橘和合欢的ARF未受到抑制,其他四种植物微生物肥量高于0.5 kg·株^(-1)时有抑制现象。建议对于合欢和柑橘增加微生物肥料的用量,其他植物可采取少施多次的模式,施肥时可适当添加一定的磷肥。 This study aims to reveal the effects of microbial fertilizer on the total phosphorus,and the total nitrogen fixation of common tree species.The research objects were taken as the six tree species in the Beipanjiang River Basin,including Acacia,Lithocarpus megalophyllus,Engelhardia colebrookiana,Chestnut,Lychee,and Citrus.Four dosages of microbial fertilizer(MF)addition were set,namely MF_(0)(0kg/plant),MF_(1)(0.25kg/plant),MF_(2)(0.5kg/plant),and MF 3(1kg/plant).The nitrogen content(TN)and phosphorus content(TP)of the plants were collected in May,60 days after the addition of microbial fertilizer.Their nitrogen fixation capacities(ARF)were then calculated.The results show that the TN of the six tree species was significantly different under the various additions of microbial fertilizer(P<0.05).Specifically,the average ranges of TN increased by 13%~33%,23%~55%,and 41%~75%,in the MF_(1)MF_(2),and MF 3 treatment,respectively,compared with the MF_(0).But there was no significant difference in the TP.Furthermore,there was no significant difference between the ARF of acacia and citrus under the addition of microbial fertilizer.Among them,the ARF ranges of citrus and acacia were 25.48%~31.41%,and 38.60%~44.78%,respectively.There was the small difference in the ARF of the rest four tree species under the MF 3,particularly with the significant differences from the MF_(1)and MF_(2)(P<0.05).Importantly,there were the significant differences in the ARF between different tree species(P<0.05).In addition,the TP of the plants in the study area shared no significant correlation with the MF,TN or ARF.Therefore,the addition level of microbial fertilizer can be expected as an important influencing factor on the nitrogen content and nitrogen fixation ability of artificially cultivated tree species.The specific contents of nitrogen and phosphorus,and nitrogen fixation ability of different plants were also closely related to the plant species.There was also the small ARF of each plant without inhibiting the nitrogen fixation ability of citrus and acacia.The microbial fertilizer of the rest four plants was higher than 0.5kg/plant,indicating the outstanding inhibition.Consequently,it is recommended to increase the amount of microbial fertilizer for the acacia and citrus.By contrast,the rest plants can be adopted as the applying mode less than many times,where the phosphate fertilizer can be added appropriately when fertilizing.
