摘要
数字减影血管造影装置(DSA)的辐射影响着医护人员的身体健康,是核与辐射安全监管的重要对象。该文介绍DSA的工作场所及辐射防护措施,并根据理论计算医护人员所受的最大剂量,然后根据个人剂量监测得出医护人员所接受的剂量,完成对DSA公众辐射影响的系统研究,保障理论计算数据对DSA辐射影响评价限值的科学性。
The radiation of DSA affects the health of medical staff and is an important object of nuclear and radiation safety supervision.This paper introduces the workplace and radiation protection measures of DSA,calculates the maximum dose received by medical staff according to theory,then obtains the dose accepted by medical staff according to personal dose monitoring,and completes the systematic study on the impact of DSA on the public radiation,which seriously makes the theoretical calculation data scientific on the evaluation limit of DSA radiation impact.
