界面对碳纤维拉伸强度转化的影响

摘要 碳纤维在复合材料中的强度转化对其应用至关重要。界面结构与性能是影响碳纤维强度转化的关键因素之一。对碳纤维与树脂基体材料的界面结构进行了简要介绍。对界面层主要的构成部分,即上浆剂对提高碳纤维强度转化率的效果进行了讨论,明确了针对特定材料体系,存在一个最佳的上浆量能够使界面结合最强。对层间剪切强度与碳纤维的强度转化率之间的关系进行了梳理,指出在该领域仍然存在一定的争议和不明确性,需要进一步的深入研究。 Conversion efficiency of carbon fiber strand strength to carbon fiber reinforced composites performance is very important during its application as reinforcing material for advanced composites.Interface structure and properties are key factors affecting the strength conversion of carbon fibers.This paper briefly introduced the interface structure of carbon fiber and resin matrix,discussed the main components of the interface and the influence of sizing agent on improving conversation rate of carbon fiber strength,indicating sizing amount had an optimum value to obtain maximum interlayer shear strength(ILSS),and discussed the relationship between ILSS and the strength conversation rate of carbon fibers.It pointed out that there were still many controversies and uncertainties on this subject,and further in-depth researches were needed.
