摘要
目的分析品管圈对增强CT检查护理质量持续改进中的应用效果。方法选取2020年1月至2022年6月在我院影像科接受增强CT检查的80例患者为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为对照组(n=40)与观察组(n=40),分别实施常规护理与品管圈质量管理护理,对比两组应用效果。结果观察组CT检查等候时间、增强扫描时间、CT平扫时间短于对照组,焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、心率(HR)、收缩压(DBP)、舒张压(SBP)与对比剂渗漏发生率低于对照组,图像质量合格率与护理能力评分高于对照组,组间对比差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论品管圈可持续改进增强CT检查护理质量,有效提高CT检查效率,减轻患者应激反应,降低对比剂渗漏发生率,改善图像质量,提高护理人员的护理能力。
Objective To analyze the application effect of quality control circle in enhanced CT inspection for continuous improvement of nursing quality.Methods A total of 80 patients who received enhanced CT examination in imaging department of our hospital from January 2020 to June 2022 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into control group(n=40)and observation group(n=40)by random number table method.Routine nursing and quality control circle quality management nursing were respectively implemented,and the application effects of the two groups were compared.Results The waiting time of CT examination,enhanced scan time and CT plain scan time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,the self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)score,heart rate(HR),systolic blood pressure(DBP),diastolic blood pressure(SBP)and the incidence of contrast agent leakage were lower than those of the control group,and the image quality qualified rate and nursing ability score were higher than those of the control group.There was statistical significance in comparison between groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Quality control circle can improve and enhance the nursing quality of CT examination continuously,effectively improve the efficiency of CT examination,reduce the stress response of patients,reduce the incidence of contrast agent leakage,improve the image quality,and enhance the nursing ability of nursing staff.
