摘要
目的研究血脂检验在糖尿病患者中的应用效果。方法选取2020年1月—2022年3月期间来江苏省连云港市中医院就诊的糖尿病患者80例为研究组,并随机选择同期体检的健康人员80名为常规组,对比两组血脂检验结果、血脂异常情况及血糖水平。结果研究组LDL-C、TG、TC分别为(3.45±0.14)、(2.73±0.24)、(5.61±0.38)mmol/L,高于常规组,HDL-C为(1.28±0.32)mmol/L,低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(t=43.539、25.324、72.771、26.512,P<0.05)。研究组TG、TC、HDL-C、LDL-C异常发生率分别为20.00%、15.00%、25.00%、18.75%,均高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖分别为(8.88±1.52)、(13.24±2.12)mmol/L,均高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论加强对糖尿病患者的血脂检验,具有重要意义和价值,值得应用。
Objective To study the effect of blood lipid test in diabetic patients.Methods Eighty cases of diabetic patients who came to Lianyungang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine during January 2020 to March 2022 were selected as the study group,and eighty cases of healthy people who had physical examination at the same period were randomly selected as the conventional group.The lipid test results,dyslipidemia and blood glucose levels were compared between the two groups.Results LDL-C,TG,and TC in the study group were(3.45±0.14)mmol/L,(2.73±0.24)mmol/L,and(5.61±0.38)mmol/L,respectively,higher than those in the conventional group,and HDL-C was(1.28±0.32)mmol/L,lower than those in the conventional group,the difference was statistically significant(t=43.539,25.324,72.771,26.512,P<0.05).The incidence of abnormal TG,TC,HDL-C,and LDL-C in the study group was 20.00%,15.00%,25.00%,and 18.75%,respectively,which were higher than those in the conventional group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Fasting blood glucose and 2-hour postprandial blood glucose in the study group were(8.88±1.52)mmol/L and(13.24±2.12)mmol/L,respectively,which were higher than those in the conventional group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Enhancing the blood lipid test in diabetic patients is of great significance and value,and worthy of application.
