摘要
现今慢性心力衰竭的辨治多为脏腑辨治,六经辨治较少。六经辨证可切中疾病的发生发展规律和趋势,且方证对应,行之有效,故本文结合《伤寒论》原文条文和现代文献研究,综述《伤寒论》六经辨证对慢性心力衰竭的病因病机分析,并探讨经方在该疾病中的应用,为其中医治疗提供更精准有效的辨治方法。
At present,chronic heart failure is treated mainly by syndrome differentiation of zang-fu organs and barely by six-channel syndrome differentiation.As six-channel syndrome differentiation can indicate the development law and trend of diseases and provide formulas corresponding to syndromes,it is an effective treatment method.Therefore,by combining the articles of Treatise on Febrile Diseases with modern literature research,this paper reviews the analysis of the etiology and pathogenesis of chronic heart failure by six-channel syndrome differentiation in Treatise on Febrile Diseases and investigates the application of classic formulas in treating chronic heart failure.As a result,it provides a more accurate and effective syndrome differentiation method for treating chronic heart failure with traditional Chinese medicine.
