摘要
随着石油的开采及炼化,高品质原油的进一步消耗,大多炼厂不得不改炼或混炼劣质化原油,原油的劣化对生产装置及生产安全造成一定程度的影响。本文针对炼油第一道工序常减压蒸馏装置的腐蚀影响因素进行了分析,重点分析了盐含量、硫含量及环烷酸的影响。并针对常减压炼油装置的腐蚀现状,从加强工艺防腐、做好腐蚀监测管理及合理选材等几个方面介绍了当前常减压装置的腐蚀控制措施,为炼油设备的长期稳定安全有效运行提供一定参考。
With the further consumption of high-quality crude oil due to the exploitation and refining of petroleum,most refineries have to upgrade or blend the inferior crude oil.The deterioration of crude oil has a certain impact on the production equipment and production safety.In this paper,the factors influencing the corrosion of the atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit in the first process of oil refining are analyzed,with emphasis on the effects of salt content,sulfur content and naphthenic acid.In view of the corrosion status of the atmospheric and vacuum oil refinery,the current corrosion control measures of the atmospheric and vacuum oil refinery are introduced from the aspects of strengthening process corrosion prevention,doing well in corrosion monitoring management and reasonable material selection,so as to provide certain reference for the long-term stable,safe and effective operation of the oil refinery equipment.
