摘要
介绍国内外医学信息学学科人才培养现状,分析我国医学信息学人才培养存在的问题,从本科课程设置、研究生培育模式、教师职业素养及继续教育几方面提出建议。
The paper introduces the current situation of medical informatics talent training at home and abroad,analyzes the existing problems in the training of medical informatics talents in China,and puts forward some suggestions from the aspects of undergraduate curriculum,postgraduate cultivation mode,teacher’s professional quality and continuing education.
